Location: Swimming Pool on 1st floor, Shexxxxx Miami Airport
Details: Two guests were reported shouting at each other by the pool attendant. Security was notified. Guests were videotaped and escorted to their rooms.

Recommendation: Food outlet + room service managers instructed to deny further alcoholic beverages service until further notice. Report any animosity escalation between the parties immediately.
